1. The logo displayed on the web site and our social media pages is the logo of the Internet Ministry project of the Hendala Baptist Church (HBC). It does not relate to any other organisation , political party , Govenment , Non Goverment or otherwise etc.
2. The Description mentioned on the Web site ,Facebook page , Instagram page 'Baptist Church Srilanka' is to properly describe the subject areas covered by the website , social media pages which covers all the baptist activities , churches in Sri Lanka.
3. We collect information from Baptist families, friends and relations of Baptist Pastors, public Baptist Events thru known contacts and also from archives of local Baptist Churches. Although we publish photos as collected above we honor the rights of the original owner/s.
4. We honor to protect the fundamental right to privacy of individuals, perticularly the Personal Data Protection Act No. 09 of 2022 GOSL. We do not collect name, address, contact information, identification numbers,financial information, and online identifiers who visit our site. With regard to images,videos, We respect the rights of any individual and agree to remove such images (news , videos etc) from our web site or the social media pages after evaluvation of a valid formal request.
5. Information from Baptist Churches are welcome through a pre-nominated person for publishing but Such information (text , Images, , Videos, Sound Clips ) are carefully evaluated and validated by the media commettee based on our own guidelines before publishing. The sender church may include the Logo of such church on the top left corner of the image or on the Video.
6. The evaluation criteria includes Quality, Completeness, Factual, Non Bias, Capacity and size (Eg : 600W x 400h pix for images) but not limited to above specified. The video clips should be of originals and free from 3rd party licenced materials
7. The information contained in BaptistChurch.lk, the Facebook page www.facebook.com/BaptistChurch.lk and the www.Instagram.com/Church.lk is for general information purposes only. While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website(and the said Social media pages) or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Our Webiste/FaceBook page may include Baptist related events, we strongly suggest guests to consult the organizers about charges,fees and cancellations etc etc.
13. The www.BaptistChurch.lk and the related Social media pages are owned and managed by the the media project team under supervision of HBC. The names of different Baptist Churches , The name of Srilanka Baptist Church / Sangamaya( or SLBC/SLBS ) are mentioned in different places on this Web site, but It should not be misunderstood them as the owner/s of the domain name or the website.

16.4 The photo images were collected by Mrs C Samarasinghe through her personal contacts and using past documents available with her. www.BaptistChurch.lk was granted permission to publish the books on the Internet and also use such photos on the said web site. www.BaptistChurch.lk is not liable to pay back any financial loss or in any other way to any individual or organataion.
